WFRC, The companies' name is Wareforce One inc. The company lost money last year because of acquisitions but still did $80 million. The company will post around $125 million in March for 98. One valid statistic market cap. vs. revenues WFRC is .8-1 (that is point eight to one) EBAY'S are 279-1, IBUY was bought for 220 million in cash by Compaq also a BB. I hear listing for NASDAQ is near and there is sufficient financials to back it up. They are a single source provider for computer equipment for govt. agencies as well as higher education and large corporations in California. Now what caught my eye is that they just landed a contract with the LA COUNTY MUNICIPALITY TO be there web based procurement solution the estimated savings is 29.5 million over 5 years. They are one of only 28 Microsoft large account resellers in the U.S. they are the sole higher education reseller for apple computer in 5 western states including CA. they sell over 140,000 products from more than 900 leading manufactures including Hewlett Packard and Intel the company enjoys a strong vendor base that includes University of California, Health Net Systems, Universal Studios and the National Association of counties. Company is acquisition driven and poised to be major E. commerce player for government agencies as well as higher education worldwide.
