As the major indices have steadily increased over the last two years, small caps have lagged. We have seen a recent basing, as the Russell 2000, and other small cap funds have seen a sharp reversal. Could the small caps, which have histroically beat the major indices finally be poised to show significant returns? I think so! PBHGX was a stellar performer when the small caps last took off.
