Mobile PET Systems, Inc., ("MPET", Mobile Positron Emission Tomography) is a Company which provides hospitals and their medical staffs access to state-of-the art PET technology, without capital investment or the risk of technological obsolescence of fixed hospital owned systems.
The mobile "shared PET service" MPET provides is ideal for hospitals whose medical staffs have requested this patient service and have previously been unable to provide it through their own practices or medical institutions, because of high acquisition costs, limited patient volumes or space limitations.
MPET provides, on a contract basis, a mobile coach which includes the PET imaging equipment and technological personnel necessary to provide high quality diagnostic PET services. The service is made available to medical institutions on a contracted daily or weekly basis for the metabolic diagnosis of appropriate medical conditions.
This unique "shared service" provided by MPET allows a hospital the ability to offer PET imaging services to their own communities, through their own medical staffs, and in a cost effective manner, thus enhancing patient care.
MPET offers mobile positron emission tomography (PET) services. Mobile PET services are available on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
