Stock plummeted yesterday 15 3/8 due to Q4 eps down .04 from estimates (.27 instead of .31).

Just before the close yesterday the board of directors authorized a repurchase plan of up to 1 million shares.

Is this drop warranted or just oversold due to overreaction of shareholders?
