It has happened to many of us, E*Trade goes down.
Waterhouse and other's go down and you can't get
through by phone. As more on-line broker's seem
to be having problems lately, I think it's important
to have a full service broker as a backup.

I want to hear from people who use Merrill,
SmithBarney or large regionals like Legg Mason.

The good, bad and ugly side of Full-Service Broker's
are welcome to post their stories, viewpoints, etc.
