Introduction Compact

A venture capital firm based in Denver, CO is in search of "founding partners" for what they call "Exclusive Territorial Partnership". The company is not public yet, but is claimed to be in preparation for going public.
I have yet to go through all the documentation that I received on this company, but I would appreciate if anybody has any information that can be shared on this thread.
