These guys do invest on a whim! 2) Valuation: At 7, the company is valued at $80 million or so. Don't you think that one or two major internet "portal" companies will see this and be willing to part with some of their lofty shares. Given that the efax solution is technically superior to Hotmail, does a similar take-out valuation of $400MM seem implausable? 3) Competition: It's not there yet, although I'm sure that it'll come. If another company is offering such a service at a cost to subscribers, they lose. Period. So let's assume that competition is on its way. One thing overlooked however is that the name is ours. EFAX. What are they going to call a competitive service Efacsimile? IFAX (maybe)? Still EFAX has got the name, and that's worth a lot. Think of it this way. If EFAX had gone public last week, what do you think the valuation would be? Definitely not lower! The company is currently underfollowed...but remember, that's what allowed you to get your shares at the price you did! 4) Technology: It works pretty darn well from what I can tell. I had to wait a few days for my number, but it's here now and working great. Just downloaded a 36 page fax with no complications whatsoever! Maybe it takes a few days to get a number, but the solution is there, now. Invest and sit tight, my friends. This has the potential to make everyone involved big, big money.
