They are developing interesting pieces of real estate throughout the world. Buying the Sears tower? Developing a business park near Berlin? Interest in Canadian gold mining?

I do know that they are developing a prime piece of real estate in Hollywood, CA near the Chinese Mann Theater and new Metro-Rail Station (opens in 2000). About a half city block of which part will provide a new theater for the Academy Awards ceremony. I hear this project is close to $1 billion. They have also bought-up other property in Hollywood. Hollywood is starting to make a major turn-around real estate wise.

I would like to know more. Any thoughts out there?
