packaging and specialty display products which are manufactured using the Company's proprietary processing method. For the
nine months ended 12/31/98, net sales totalled $1.4 million, up from $283 thousand. Net loss fell 21% to $821 thousand.
Results reflect a large non-recurring order of the Hot 'N Cooler product line, partially offset by merger related expenses.
