Introduction Compact

What do you think about JPO? JPMorgan claims that JPO is linked to the crude oil future. But JPO just sits there at $11 a share when the crude oil future recently jumped to $16. I tried to read the JPO prospectus. But it is so complicated that only a lawyer can understand it. Can someone shed some light on this stock? Thanks in advance.
