Money Flow, Money Flow, Money Flow... over the past six months of my four year long trading career, Money Flow has been my philosophy. It really has been like a new paradigm for me. Money flow is what drives the market as a whole, it's what pushes a sector to new heights, and it's what propels your stock into record territory. Money Flow is what investing boils down to!
I no longer view price charts as price charts. Instead, I interpret those squiggly lines into Money Flow. When the lines are going up, money flow is net positive into a stock (that's good!). When the lines are horizontal money flow has balanced between inflows and outflows (not very good). And finally, when the lines are going down, money flow is net negative (this is good when shorting).
Let's start a Money Flow thread!!! I really have a good feeling that all will benefit.
