Why is there no interest in Univision???

It's the fastest growing network in the United States.
It has over 80% market share of the American Spanish speaking audience.
It has developed an alliance with AOL to develop a Spanish based portal.
It owns much of the content viewed across the Spanish speaking world.
It appears that it's most important franchise, the World Cup, will be played every 2 years instead of every 4.
Finally, the stock has run up nicely the past few months.

I would be interested in what you all think about Univision, its competitors, the marketplace, threats, opportunities, etc.!!!

ps- For those who don't speak Spanish, Gorilla only has 1 L in Spanish for if it had two, the L would be pronounced with a Y (Goriya)
