A great Israeli based e-commerce software and consulting firm. Offices in over 50 countries, established in California for US locale. Lost money for awhile going back to early 98 and prior, but turned profitable in 3rd quarter 98 with .02 per share. Major software firm took stake around $3.50 per share last summer. Stock hitting new highs today at $11.31. Won "best of show" award at Boston Internet Expo, 12,000 attendees voted, picked 6 winners only, and MGIC won best of show for their e-commerce application. Apparently IBM has contacted them a few times on the phone since the show, also have won PC Magazine award a few months ago. Developers love their software for ease of use and ability to get an e-commerce site up and running fast and efficiently in a large scale. Made .18 per share 4th quarter with 15 mil in revs, 33% sequential rise. Im in at 8 3/8, 8 3/4, 9 3/8, 9 3/4, 10 3/8 and 11 1/4... buying on way up.
