So far this stock has been a long awaited dream. Ran from .20 to 2.90 in last three months. Just completed drilling a well in Pecos County, Texas. The west Coyanosa test well had a target depth of +/- 20,000 feet. Charger has also negotiated a deal to aquire a 100 percent working interest in 16,000 net acres in Val Verde and Edwards Counties, Texas. The Val Verde acreage is to be aquired utilizing cash as well as common shares and a convertable debenture of Charger at a deemed price of 1.90. The Val Verde acreage is prospective for large accumulations of natural gas and less than two miles from recent significant natural gas discoveries. If this test well is successful don't be surprised to see a six to seven dollar stock next week. They are testing as we speak; everything looks good!!! | ||||||||||||
