AMT International, Copper Creek Project, Pinal County, Arizona.
After doing some research into some press releases by AMT, and obtaining BLM and Pinal County records it appears that another company ( Kildonan) has staked claims in the Copper Creek project area. I seems that 39 unpatented mining claims have been staked over land thought to be owned AMT. Apparently some defect n title allowed the legal(?) overstaking of over 500 acres of unpatented ground that AMT acquired from BHP. Management of AMT has a reference to this in their April 26, 1999 press release (www.primenet.com/~amt1/pr042699.htm) and has said that this does not materially affect the Corporations present resource base and have no impact on its planned 1999 drilling plans. I wonder? I contacted AMT by Email and they said they would send me an "investment relations package" which I still haven't received. I seems like I'm getting the run-around.

It appears that some previous drill holes , the Marcia Breccia, the Bunker Hill mine, and who knows what may have been lost by AMT to Kildonan. This Kildonan Corp. appears to be privately held and based in Silver City, NM, USA, and apparently have done their homework!

Can Dr. Singh be blamed for this too? It appears the management may be trying to keep the details from the stockholders and the people doing the warrant issue. AMT said they would be upgrading their website starting May 3 to post more public information, but I haven't seen any changes yet.

Maybe we should get more discussion going and find out what is really going on.
