DES PLAINES, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 11, 1999--Lionshead Entertainment Corporation's (OTC BB:LHED) Board of Directors has filed a corporate amendment with the state of Nevada. Effective March 17, 1999, Lionshead Entertainment Corporation has become Trans-Global Holdings Inc. (OTC BB:TGHI). "Trans-Global Holdings Inc." more appropriately reflects the new business ventures of the corporation.
The focus of Trans-Global Holdings Inc. is the development and marketing of selected properties for resale within the vacation ownership interests (VOI) industry, otherwise known as time-share. (Business Week, May 10, 1999)
Trans-Global Holdings, Inc. will become a leader within the VOI industry with the use of revolutionary, internet-related e-commerce in addition to existing marketing methods. Business relationships have been established with various VOI professionals as well as other related parties. Further information regarding these relationships will be announced in future.
Trans-Global Holdings Inc. intends to build approximately 3,800 VOI units by 2006 and project sales to exceed 2 billion dollars. Numerous acquisitions are imminent and announcements with respect to these are forthcoming. Intentions are to be fully reporting within 90 days and be listed with Nasdaq as soon as possible.
Similar to Fairfield Communities (NYSE:FFD), Sunterra Corp (NYSE:OWN), Silverleaf (NYSE:SVR), Vistana Inc (Nasdaq:VSTN) and Trendwest Resorts (Nasdaq:TWRI), Trans-Global Holdings Inc. intends to be recognized as a front-runner in the acquisition, development and marketing of VOI properties.
