The Company Receives New Trading Symbol - 'ITR'

NEW YORK, April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Integrated Transportation Network Group Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ITNG) announced today that it has received approval from the American Stock Exchange to list its common stock on the American Stock Exchange (Amex) and will begin trading on the Amex under the symbol "ITR" on April 30, 1999 at 11:00 AM. The Company's common stock was previously quoted on the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.'s OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol "ITNG".
