Introduction Compact

Where I lived people had problems with dogs knocking over trash cans. Here in Carlisle Pennsylvania I observe young men late at night walking around town kicking over the trash piles people put out for the Spring Clean Up and trash bags. I guess that shows what level intelligence the men of downtown Carlisle have. Bow wow!! They even urinate on the sidewalks like dogs!!
