Let's put together some good advice to deal with paper loss. Paper loss is defined as losses that has not realized yet. In long case, say you brought ABC@50 and now it is @30 and still going lower. In short case, say you shorted ABC@70 and now it is@85 and still moving higher... Sometimes people just can't take their mind off those paper losses.
