An Alberta based micro-brewery that was formed when Banff Brewery bought out the Bow Valley Brewing Company Ltd. Currently about 32 million shares issued, with approximately 40% held by insiders. Recent 52 week price range $0.02 - $0.15, currently trading at about $0.10 - $0.13. Demand for the product is so high that the company is running their operations at full capacity (currently 7,000HL per year) and is considering contracting out further brewing capacity to meet demand. Little to no long-term debt, the company is not currently profitable, but is projecting profitabilty for FY2000. Year-end financials should be released by the end of May 1999 with first quarter results for the next fiscal year following no later than mid-June 1999.
