Introduction Compact

I've been watching this stock for the longest time now. It's trading on Alberta and it carries a REAL high volume most of the time. I've seen it go from .015 cents up to .045 cents. What amazes me is the volume and the fact that the company, despite it's capitalization, remains remarkably afloat.
