Its about BreakThrough Technologies about to hit Market.
Until the Technology hits Market, Nothing happens to the share price.

In late 1998, one could have bought some GLE warrants for $0.10 or common stock for $1.00
Betting GLE's oxide fuel cell Technology would come along. Well it did in April 99, a few days before the the warrant expired.
Within 10 days, GLE hit $15.00

$3,000 worth of GLE warrants were worth over $250,000 !
That was a very very nice hunt....
