Potential Investors in Bancpro-
Take it from someone who has learned there lesson, do your due dilligence. In our opinion this company is nothing more than smoke and mirrors.
Unfortunately we loaned Bancpro money and got burned. They basically stole the money. Please look into the company thouroughly. Demand that they show you all financials before you invest one cent. I can tell you that this company is in such poor financial shape that there phones were actually disconnected for several days recently because they could not pay there bill. Do background checks on the Directors, especially Mr. Ross Murphy, you will be ammused if not disgusted. Many Investigation firms work off the internet for a very small fee.
We are in the process of filing a lawsuit, possibly class action, against Bancpro for non-disclosure, not meeting suitability requirements, failing to file offerings with appropriate agencies etc. and hope to get class action status to recover funds for others that have been wronged by Bancpro and its directors. We are going to look into every transaction that this company has done and every cent is has spent. We are paying the legal fees for this.
