Per today, Cybear moves trading to the Nasdaq Market, was formerly OTCBB:CYBR.

With that announcement, CYBA also does a 2nd offering of 3M shares at $16.

Recently, CYBR traded at $23.75, so how does that fit to a $16 offering. We will see...
