HumaTech, Inc. (OTCBB: HUMT) is certainly a company to keep a close eye on. This Texas producer of organic based fertilizers and feed additives is currently growing incredibly rapidly. While not the sexiest industry on earth, revenues, cash flows, and most of all PROFITS are expected to be terrific for HumaTech immediately (FY 1999). (Note: though if you do find “humate based nutrients for plants and animals” sexy, be my guest :) ).
While HumaTech, Inc. (HUMT) brought in approximately $300,000 last year in revenues (FY 1998), conservative estimates predict 1999's revenues will be more than tenfold. With just the current business operations, HUMT is expected to garner revenues of $3.5 million for 1999. However, other projects in the works have the potential to bring an estimated $8 million for 1999. In any case, HUMT should have a substantial net profit for 1999 (their industry exhibits quite high profit margins).
HumaTech has about 8.4 million shares outstanding, with only an approximate 500,000 shares in the float.
Furthermore, HUMT is in the process of becoming fully reporting with the SEC, and should have that finalized in approximately 45 days. I'm not sure what the assets will look like on their balance sheet (depends on the accounting treatment of their reserves), but I do know that the company has NO long term debt. For more information, a good resource is HumaTech, Inc's corporate website: www.humatech-inc.com

I am including a copy of their most recent press release, which also includes a brief corporate summary. Pay close attention to the press release. . . its actually rather exciting, and, who knows, it might actually cause you to discover that fertilizer is somewhat sexy after all! :)

Company Press Release

HumaTech Receives Approval to
Import Its Line of All Natural Feed
Ingredients Into the Entire European
Union

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 1999--HumaTech, Inc. (OTC BB: HUMT)
announces it has received the full approval from the Ministries of Agricultural, Fisheries and Food
(MAFF) to import its products as well as its all natural feed ingredients into the United Kingdom
without restrictions on use. MAFF is the United Kingdom equivalent to the U. S. Department of
Agriculture. This opens free trade throughout the entire European Union for HumaTech, Inc.

HumaTech, Inc. has formed a subsidiary, HumaTech, LTD, which is based in London, England. Mr.
David B. Caney of Crusader Navigation will be the London based HumaTech LTD's managing
partner. Mr. David Caney is a native of England, a 25 year veteran of International Trade and has
extensive and close ties with the major Agro-Industrials that import over 20% of the animal feed
products in the United Kingdom, and they serve 100% of the animal feed market there. Active
negotiations on substantial sales volumes of HumaTech, Inc.'s all natural Bovi-Pro line of feed
ingredients are in process. Mr. Caney stated; ''The market for this product line alone is at least
$2,000,000 in U.S. currency to the parent company HumaTech, Inc. within the next few months.''

Mr. David William's, President and CEO, stated; ''In this past year, throughout the European Union,
the highly publicized Mad Cow Disease was found to be attributable, at least in part, to the use of
artificial antibiotic growth hormones. As a consequence, these products are being regulated out of
existence in that marketplace, starting this July. This has opened a great new market for HumaTech's
all natural feed ingredients product line. We found our products are an excellent replacement for
these artificial growth hormones. We feel that we will prove to be the only really viable product on
the horizon that will do the job.''

HumaTech, Inc. has now begun shipping other lines of its product into the United Kingdom. The
company shipped its first ever order of commercial quality golf course lawn food Nitro-Plus to the
United Kingdom last week.

HumaTech, Inc. is the manufacturer and distributor of its humate based nutrients for plants and
animals, classified as ''High Technology Organic Solutions.'' Produced from a proprietary process
described as Iso-Molecular technology, HumaTech, Inc. sells different product lines to the following
markets, Growers of Agricultural Crops, Animal Feed Supplements to feedlots, Golf Courses and
Commercial Landscapers.
