Consolidated Stores Corporation, a retailer of toys and closeout merchandise, operates stores throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. The Company's stores consist of K*B Toys, K*B Toy Works, K*B Toy Outlet, Odd Lots, Big Lots, Pic 'N' Save, and Mac Frugal's Bargains*Close-Outs.

This stock got clobbered today on an earnings warning and the volume on the sell off has been gigantic. Is this an opportunity or only the beginning of an even bigger fall?
