MMC Networks make network processors...Software in Silicon. They sell these chips to Cisco, IBM, etc. Earnings growth is strong, but a 100 p/e. They're processors are used to add functionality to high bandwidth networking equipment for Gigabit Ethernet and ATM. Stock peaked at 50 and trading around 40 currently. Any thoughts out there? Will MMCN head higher and reach MSDW target of 65? How will Cisco's Earnings release tomorrow after the bell affect the stock? Will the continuing downdraft in Net issues also bring down the net infrastructure stocks like MMC?
