Sun Healthcare traded on the NYSE until June 30,1999. At that time it was delisted and now trades on the OTC-BB. The new symbol is SHGE. The company owns nursing homes and is one of the five largest in the country. The entire industry is having a tough time making money under the new federal medicare rules. SHGE has reported record losses recently and has taken some strong management actions including drastic employee cuts.
