MUCH TOO LOOK FORWARD TOO FOR NEW INVESTORS!!!!!

1) Main Web Site: I first found out about SKINTEK LABS INC when I came across their web site htpp:/www.performancebrands.com. The reason I am excited about this is because the company has not even put out a press release about their new E-Commerce web site. It is not in any one press release that the company has issued. I called and spoke to the President/CEO of the company Stacy Kaufman and he told me they were going to be putting out a press release soon and wanted to know how I found out about it. I told him that I discovered it while doing research on the company on the Internet. The company is going to be hiring male and female models that will be handing out free samples their products on the beaches across the United States using the same marketing concept that Hawaiian Tropic used when they started out. ( A press release should be coming out on this great marketing strategy )They hired a P.R. Company Momentum Communications and the company is planning on doing a full P.R. Blitz,( I understand that there will be a press release coming out on this also.) This will be a BIG bonus for all that get in early.

SKINTEK LABS INC is a dynamic and diversified one-of-a-kind, innovative sun protection products with a combination SPF (Sun Protection Factor ) 15 sunscreen and moisturizing body wash in one easy-to-use formula. " It was said by both the media and retailers to be the most innovative product introduced at the marketplace in a long time." The company even wrote orders for SoapScreen at the National Association of Chain Drug Store Marketplace four-day trade show in New Orleans which is not a usual activity.

SKINTEK LABS INC distributors include Cardinal Health Inc which is one of the largest health, drug, and beauty wholesalers in the U. S. which services the independent drug store industry which encompasses more than 20,000 retail outlets with combined revenues in excess of 5 Billion Dollars.

Other distributors include SAM's CLUB, a division of Wal-Mart which consists of 400 stores across the country. SAM's CLUB has chosen 50 of its warehouse style to carry two health and beauty product lines of the companies products.

Other distributors which are testing the products for marketability are PHAR MOR, LONGS DRUGS, DRUG FAIR, VALUE DRUG, FEDCO DRUG and others which will set the precedent for next years sales. Additionally, while at the Market Place, Performance Brands established strategic relationships in the UK, New Zealand and France for distribution of SoapScreen. The company has also incorporated a sales and broker network, covering the U.S. and Canada, by enlisting numerous top sales and broker companies to market the product line.

6) What do I expect, as a Biased and Optimistic Long?

Based on the various Press releases so far published and speaking to management, I anticipate SKNT to have rapidly growing revenues and sales in 1999 and 2000. I believe SKNT's share price could very well be in the $10.00 by Dec. 31st and $20.00 range by year 2000 end... I expect the company will file their 10SB on time with the SEC and will become a fully reporting company. SKNT should be trading on the NASDQ in the very near future.

7) Today's Comments:

I have communicated with the company recently, which confirmed that: "everyone in Management is working over time to make this company a success " I have called the company many times before I purchase 2500 shares at $1.50. It closed at $1.937 today and I will be buying more as soon as I liquidate some of my other successful investments. I receive no compensation whatsoever for my Biased Long opinion of the company and their prospects. I have so much confidence in this company that I joined SI so I could start this thread.
