I just got the figures from the IR Firm:

Outstanding: 9.1 Millions shares
Float: 750,000 shares
Cash on hand: just under $1 Million
Liabilities: NO significant Debts

I think this "New Kid on the Block" is definitely worth considering due to reported strong Management ties to AOL and a TINY FLOAT! Bid and Ask now showing and has been trading for less than a month...
