Carematrix Corp. is a provider of assisted living andother long-term health care facilities. For the three months ended 3/31/99, revenues increased 71% to $50.7 million. Net income applicable to Common Stock increased 75% to $5.9 million. Results reflect the acquisition of SeniorCare Group and increased number of facilities under construction and in operation. Earnings also reflect decreased S/G/A expenses as a percentage of revenues.

For the 3 months ended 06/30/1999, revenues were 53,579; after tax earnings were 6,309.
