I can't believe what I just found! A growth company which carries an indicated yield of over 17 percent !!! U.S.Timberlands has recently announced its seventh consecutive quarterly distribution of $0.50 per unit. This grower and seller of logs for domestic lumber and wood products owns vast acreage in WA. and OR. They recently beat First Call 3Q estimates by $0.10. Salomon Smith Barney has a target of $21 in the next 12-18 months. But you get paid an incredible dividend while you wait!
Also there has been huge Insider Buying! Executives have been buying the stock consistantly for the last year at prices of $12-16. The chairman and CEO bought almost 20,000 shares in September and 38,000 shares in August at $11.30 to $13.00. You can now buy it cheaper!
