- amazescape.com has announced a merger with Premiere Concepts (FAUX & FAUXW). Henc, buy FAUX to get a piece of the hot internet company. Similar to a CMGI/PTEK strategy.

- amazescape.com is merging with publicly traded Premiere Concepts (FAUX); a nasdaq small cap co. w/ only 1.1 mill shs o/s. Since the 11/17/99 merger announcement, the stock shot up to $9; now at 6 5/16. And this is with no hype as of yet.

- www.amazescape.com will allow for bill payment, web hosting, e-mail; customer service, etc... across languages & continents.
