I bought a (for me) large qty. of this stock for ~$1 /share about a year ago, and then watched tragically as it sank and sank to <$.10 where it has remained for months.

A month or so ago, a press release was issued explaining that DNB had retained one of Canada's most prominant and effective litigation firms and was persuing a suit against Candian Marconi corp. for Breach of Contract, or some such, claiming that they had held off on numerous other offers and deals because Marconi had requested it. DNB claims that in the aftermath they were left holding-the-bag and in serious credit trouble as a result, and are suing for an extraordinary (but plausible) amount.

Does anyone have any intelligence regarding this, outside of the information publically released? Any advice/council would be appreciated.

Thanks!

John Epstein
