The following is the executive summary of a business plan for the Internet broadcasting company ?ViaVid Broadcasting Inc.? (?ViaVid?). ViaVid?s business objective is to become the leading Internet broadcasting company.

The market for Internet broadcasting companies is expanding rapidly. As technology and Internet bandwidth improve, more and more people are watching broadcasts across the Internet instead of television. In the last year, the Internet audience for audio (radio stations on the Internet) bypassed the combined TV viewing market of New York, Chicago and L.A.. Although such ratings are not yet available for viewing audiences on the Internet the potential to compete with television for viewing audiences exists.

Viewing broadcasts on the Internet will not only compete with television, but it will change the way that people watch broadcasts. With the Internet it is possible to make viewing a truly interactive experience. The viewer is able to select and choose what to watch, as well as interact with a program.

ViaVid is in position to be a leader in the race for interactive broadcasts. ViaVid was created with the vision that Internet broadcasts would provide a new level of viewing experience to directly compete with television and even exceed viewership in the future. ViaVid is developing an Internet broadcasting company that offers a network of broadcasting services utilizing streaming media technology. ViaVid produces and owns original content specifically developed for the Internet and is a full service production and distribution company capable of broadcasting full-motion video content. With a growing portfolio of programming designed to target specific audiences, ViaVid generates its revenues from advertising, subscriptions, e-commerce and sponsorships.

Over the past year, ViaVid has created a turnkey digital broadcasting facility. With a completely digital facility, ViaVid has produced a bi-weekly business and health show, covered events such as the CART race, and the PGA tour held in Vancouver. ViaVid has become partners, not competitors, with streaming media Internet companies and network providers such as Microsoft and Broadcast.com.

With proper funding, ViaVid will continue its growth by creating a seasoned Internet broadcasting board of directors, expanding to other cities, and seek out key acquisitions and significant digital rights agreements. Each of these steps will require the financial backing to achieve success. ViaVid is currently pursuing several digital rights negotiations for various sporting events.

As broadband access expands globally, exciting new possibilities emerge. With a network of professional camera crews and in-house production staff ViaVid intends to meet the growing demand for Internet broadcasts, developing unique and interesting content sought after by both viewers and sponsors alike.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVES

The business objectives over the next 6 months to a year are:

1) Create a board of directors consisting of Internet and Broadcasting experts
2) Develop new content to broadcast, such as live weekly shows
3) Sign digital rights agreements for major events such as sports and concerts
4) Develop an acquisition strategy to increase growth and exposure
5) Build on strategic alliances

1) CREATE A BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In order to build a firm foundation for the Company, ViaVid will require a board of directors that reflect the industry. Internet experts and Broadcasting experts will be sought out to add insight and leadership.

2) DEVELOP NEW CONTENT

Building on the success of the current programming, ViaVid will continue to create financially viable Internet broadcasts and events for business, sports, entertainment and lifestyle viewers by securing digital rights, sponsorship and advertising for broadcasts.

3) SIGN DIGITAL RIGHTS AGREEMENTS

In covering the CART race and PGA stop in Vancouver, ViaVid made some excellent contacts in both the auto racing and PGA world. ViaVid is currently negotiating the digital rights for several sporting events. These digital rights are key to the success at ViaVid. As competition increases in the Internet broadcasting world, ViaVid will work to secure the rights to the best possible content for the Internet.

4) DEVELOP ACQUISITION STRATEGY

For continued growth, ViaVid will require studios in other cities, exposure into the US and sales and marketing for sponsors of events and programs. In order to accomplish this business objective, ViaVid will need to develop a strategy for these acquisitions.

5) BUILD ON STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS

Following its business model, ViaVid focused on partnering with other companies strategic to all areas of its operations, including video content, business services and distribution. ViaVid?s first strategic relationship was Microsoft as a content partner for WindowsMedia.com.

FOCUS

The major focus of ViaVid?s programming to date has been in the financial industry. The majority of research currently available indicates that this sector has the fastest growing audience on the Internet. Viavid?s goal is to attain critical mass in this sector, thereby establishing ViaVid as a significant content provider in this growth area.

In addition, ViaVid has recently branched out into event broadcasting from the sports industry, recently providing on site coverage from the Air Canada PGA Golf Championship and 1999 Vancouver Molson Indy CART race. ViaVid?s coverage of these events produced significant interest from sponsors with regard to coverage of future sporting events.

As video content is more widely used to promote products and services, ViaVid is well positioned to take advantage of these expanding opportunities by having the synergy of efficiencies and expertise in each of these areas.

SALES AND MARKETING

The core of ViaVid?s market strategy has been to partner with the recognized leaders in each of the markets its video content addresses. Through these partnerships, ViaVid takes advantage of each partner's existing marketing programs, sales forces and business relationships.

ViaVid also uses a variety of additional marketing methods, including its internal sales force, to market to a variety of potential clients including public companies, sports franchises and event promoters.
