FEB 8, 2000, M2 Communications - Cisco Systems is to supply Sweden`s Telia
Mobile telecommunications company with a new national mobile data network.

The new infrastructure will be based entirely on IP technology and will enable
Telia Mobile to provide datacom applications and services as they become
available, as well as allowing it to handle increased growth in IP network
traffic.

The IP backbone is also to function as the core network for general packet radio
service and the universal mobile telecommunications system - a service that is
user-driven and which will enable new services that require high bandwidth, such
as video.
