Onvia.com is the leading business-to-business emarketplace for small business buyers and sellers. The Onvia.com emarketplace is designed to help small businesses succeed by providing a single destination where small businesses can buy and sell services and poducts, exchange valuable information and access productivity tools. Credit Suisse First Boston will act as the lead underwriter of the offering. The co-managers are Robertson Stephens, Hambrecht & Quist, E*OFFERING and William Blair & Company. A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
