Digitas has scheduled their IPO for the week of March 13.
Indicated price is 18-20 with 9.3 million shares being offered.

Headquartered in Boston with offices in New York, Salt Lake City, San Francisco and London, Digitas has approximately 1300 employees.

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter is acting as lead manager for the offering with Deutsche Bank Alex. Brown, Salomon Smith Barney, Banc of America Securities LLC and Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. acting as co-managers.
