BUSINESS DESCRIPTION:
Lastminute.com currently offers consumers in the United Kindom, France, Germany and Sweden last minute opportunities for airline tickets, hotel rooms, package holidays, entertainment tickets, restaurant reservations, speciality services, gifts and auctions. Our stategic objective is to be the global marketplace for all last minute services and transactions.
USE OF PROCEEDS:
We intend to use the majority of the net proceeds over at least the next 12 months, of which about half will be used to increase our sales and marketing activities and the other half will be used for product development and to expand in the United Kingdom and internationally.
