I have found an incredible opportunity in ATI Networks. (OTC BB symbol = ATIW) In the past few weeks ATIW is starting to get noticed by Wall Street. They have less than 4 million shares outstanding and 1 million in the float. ATIW recently announced a commitment for $25 million in funding and a $10 million contract. The following profile is taken from their website at: www.atinetworks.com/investor.
ATI Networks, Inc. (OTC: ATIW ) is building a global e-business using its state of the art, online auction technology, proprietary web properties, and proven marketing techniques to create high volume, high profit margin, e-commerce websites. The company's websites offer everything from fine art to discount computers and computer peripherals, the latest digital mapping and GPS products. Future website additions will include recycled automobiles and auto parts. The company's auction technology can be viewed in use at www.artgems.com, a consumer website that sells fine art over the Internet.
The company's future plans include providing an environment for electronic commerce to take place between insurance companies and auto parts dealers. Areas of the company's sites are also available to the general public. Through its affiliates program, the company is expanding its existing online business to enable the global network of 150,000 Value Added Resellers (VAR's) access to the company's automated e-commerce exchange. The company plans to open its online business-to-business auction environment to major manufacturers of computers and electronic equipment early next year.
The company is using its proprietary online auction technologies and e-commerce websites to position itself as a leading community of sites on the Internet. A recent marketing partnership with the Internet Marketing Consortium (IMC) give the company brand exposure on over 90 websites and 60 magazines. The company's advertising partner, Flycast Communications, a CMGI company, provides ad revenue to the company's sites from over 300 ad sales representatives.
