Company Description

VOD Network provides digital media solutions including a range of products and services such as digital content, media conversion, digital media systems and digital media
integration. The Company's focus is on providing solutions to the problem of the delivery of interactive digital
movies and other media content to consumers over an electronic infrastructure on a real time basis. An electronic infrastructure is a computer server sending the digital information over some physical or wireless system such as cable, telephone, locally based intranets including
hotels and other institutions, businesses and government), satellite or the Internet. The significance of real time basis (streaming) is that the digital file or copy of the movie resides on the computer server and is viewed by the consumer on demand.

The Company supplies its content, production and digitization skills, hardware and software expertise and system integration expertise to companies that provide services over these digital infrastructures. The initial focus of the Company will be in the home entertainment and
hospitality industries.

The Company will provide digital movies and other media content to telephone companies and companies that use telephone based infrastructures. Digital technologies
telephone companies around the world have the ability to provide video services to their subscribers in addition to the voice and data (internet access) services that they provide today. There are also companies providing just data services using the telephone companies' infrastructures (as
mandated by the Telecommunications Act of 1996) i.e. Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) providers that also have the ability to provide video services. VOD Network is concentrating on these companies because they have a greater need for content then other video service providers
such as cable and satellite companies.
