During the year the company introduced two new products into the market; the Gas Micro designed to correct the volume of gas flows, and the PL-GC, for low cost measurement of natural gas BTU content. Beta site tests to date have proven both products as successful. Customer demand is anticipated to be strong with full commercialization scheduled for the summer of 2000. Mr. Hipple will succeed Doug Fraser, the founding shareholder, who will continue to serve on the Board.
