ECOM Corp. Announces Business Combination With ACS Sports.com Inc. LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 2000--ECOM Corp. (OTCBB:ECCM - news) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with ACS Sports.com Inc., providing for a business combination of the two companies which, when completed, would result in ECOM's current shareholders owning 29 percent of the combined entity and the current stakeholders of ACS Sports owning the remaining 71 percent. 
  The business combination is subject to satisfaction of certain conditions, including shareholder approval by ASC Sports.com Inc., and completion of due diligence. It is expected to close during July 2000.
