(OTCBB:SSCP) today announced major revisions in its management team in its on-going effort to implement a major growth strategy. The Board of Directors announced the appointment of Mario Bassani as stereoscape.com's new Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Gary Hyman, CPA as its new Chief Financial Officer and a director. Scott Halperin, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Bernie Lillis, the Company's Chief Financial Officer offered their resignations in order to assist the Company in this move to engage a professional day-to-day management team for the Company. In a joint statement to the Board Halperin and Lillis stated "Because of our many other responsibilities we find that we cannot devote the amount of time necessary to do the kind of job we would like to do for stereoscape.com, inc. on a `hands-on' basis. We believe it is an excellent idea to engage a professional day-to-day management team for the Company at this time and we believe this move will increase the effectiveness of the renewed growth strategy." In a related move, Steve Wise steps down as the Company's Chief Executive Officer, and will give up his day-to-day responsibilities. He will remain with the organization as President of Alpha Sound and Vision, Inc. and American Buyers Club International, Inc. and will devote fill time to sales and marketing of the Company's products.
