with Metwood, Inc. per the 8K issued 7/17/2000.

company. They are growing and moving to a new
location.
- They are just starting to broadcast commercials
on TNT & Entertainment cable stations.
- They are negotiating with Lowes.
- They have 2 patents for their products and
have other patents pending.

innovative ideas that have revolutionized the
residential and commercial construction markets.
Metwood products are engineered and designed to
combine the strength of light gage steel and the
fastening techniques of conventional wood
framing. Also, Metwood products can be designed
for all steel framing as well. Because of the
innovativeness of the products, Metwood, Inc.
was featured in the Construction section of the
April 1996 issue of Popular Science for the
mixing of materials concept. Through hard work,
research and development, Metwood has been awarded
two patents. Metwood, Inc., also has a few patent
pendings for metal products that will improve the
building industry everywhere.
