Further to the news release dated September 7, 2000, Global Tree''s wholly owned subsidiary World Internet Broadcasting Network Corp. ("WIBN"), has begun live webcast testing under the U.R.L. "mycityradio.com". "mycityradio.com" is an interactive media portal being developed by WIBN. WIBN plans to expand the scope of its media portal to provide a framework for the integration of the e-targeting technology outlined in the news release dated August 4, 2000. The acquisition of the e-targeting technology remains subject to regulatory approval.
