This thread is to discuss alternatives to the rediculously overvalued equity market. All reformed daytraders and "long term tech investors" are welcome, as are ex- put sellers, margin players and those once having other high risk addictions aquired during the great bull market.

I'm REACTIVATING the thread in hopes people will post ideas over the next few years for opportunities that arise as we sift through the wreckage. It's probably quite early in the process, but sometimes things get to silly prices at different stages.

Any asset class is open for discussion, but let's try and keep it to things we can buy on an exchange... and keep to the spirit of the thread by discussing bonified 'wreckage'...
