(CMI) First recommended by The Cheap Investor in the April/00 issue at $4.56 and again in The July/00 Issue at $3.56.
FEW stocks Recommended By The Cheap Investor drift very much Lower than the Recommended Price. I have been a Sucessful Subscriber Of the CHEAP Investor since 1994 and can attest to The Cheap Investor's TRACK RECORD.
The continued drift down in (CMI) was thought to be
because of the plunging Market.
However CMI's stock continued this downward trend.
Bottom Fishing I took a position 10/02/00 as I monitor and set alarms on most ALL recent CHEAP Investor Recommendations.
$1.38 seemed to meet the criteria for my personal investment strategy which prompted me to take my first position in (CMI). Surprised at Finding NO board on SI, prompted me to simply start one.
CMI seems to be a Volatial stock selling well below it's 52 week HIGH of $12.63. Perhaps with some patience this will prove to be a nice investment.
