Many are saying the next wave of computing will be based upon peer to peer computing. This is where each computer on the Internet or another network can directly access other computers and share resources. So far, we have seen the likes of this in companies such as Napster and look-alikes such as Gnutella etc.

What is the future of this technology? *Is* there a future or is it simply going to go away? Will unauthorized sharing of music/videos continue?
