Stocks with a market capitalization over $100 Billion, are a barometer of where the REAL money is, where it is moving, and what is happening with market sentiment. Surprisingly, commodity/cyclicals are for the short term encroaching on the territory once held exclusively by technology based companies. Why, for example, should Exxon XOM, British Petroleum BP and Royal Dutch RD or even Pfiser PFE make the top 15 of these hundred billion dollar club stocks? I think its the Parking Lot mentality, and no one gets rich just parking their money, growth, such as technology or well run diversified companies like GE is where profits will be made. The rest just parks the money, only to be lost when interest rates come down, or the oil bubble bursts. siliconinvestor.com I am, Truly your$, -Crystal Ball | ||||||||||||
